College Fees

St Mary's College is committed to providing quality and individualised education and care for all students, from Reception to Year 12.

2026 Tuition

The College and its Board review fees each year, including discounts that may be available for our families.

Additional Costs

In addition to tuition and compulsory charges, families should budget for the following: College uniforms (available from our Uniform Shop), optional subject fees, and co-curricular activity costs. A full outline of additional costs is included in the Fee Schedule and Policy below.

Discounts

• Family Discount: For families with multiple students studying at St Mary's College, refer to the Tuition Fee Table in the Fee Schedule and Policy.

• Prompt Discount: St Mary's College offers a 5% discount on the Tuition Fee component for families with no outstanding fees from the previous year and who pay their Tuition Fee in full by 28 February each year. The prompt payment discount does not apply to the Resource Fee.

• Sibling Discount: St Mary's College offers a 5% discount on the Tuition fee for families with siblings at another Catholic School. Families need to apply for this discount via the Sibling Discount Form. 

Payment Plans

We understand that school fees represent a significant household commitment. St Mary's offers flexible payment options including instalment plans. Please contact the College Finance Department to discuss an arrangement that works for your family.

Payment Methods

St Mary’s College accepts the following methods of payment for tuition: 

• Direct Debit: Via Bank Account or Credit Card (VISA and Mastercard accepted)
• BPAY: See invoice for unique BPAY Biller Code and Reference No.
• Qkr! App: Payment via your mobile phone app.   
• EFTPOS/Cash: Payments can be made at the College Front Office, from 8.15am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday
