DEANNA MATULIN
OLD SCHOLAR

2003-2008

"IMPACT THE WORLD"

Deanna impacted the world with inspiration from St Mary's College. St Mary's was the birthplace of Deanna's creative interests, including woodwork and sewing. These passions, nurtured with perseverance and patience, applied with resilience and confidence, crafted the boxing business she runs today. Deanna, a proud but at times rebellious St Mary's student, described her final year as notably the most memorable. Year 12 Retreat was undoubtedly the highlight of her time at the school.

The opportunity to reflect on the past five years of relationships and achievements, empowered her to move forward as the person she wanted to be. As an Old Scholar, Deanna has been invited back to Year 12 Retreats and never turned down the opportunity to re-live the humbling yet powerful experience. Deanna shares this valuable advice on figuring out your career path: "Figure out how you want to impact the world, and then go do it".
